The rooms were clean, spacious, and well, maintained. the hotel's cafe was outstanding, and the cocktails at the bar were a must, try. the location was convenient, with several coffee shops and attractions nearby. the staff were friendly, spoke good English, and provided useful information about the area. We also enjoyed the various trips organized by the hotel, such as the Terracotta Army tour. the eco, friendly amenities in the room, like the wooden toothbrushes and natural loofahs, were a nice touch. highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, great facilities, and beautiful surroundings.
